About BSE Innovations
BSE Innovations is a technology, education and consulting company. We develop software, interactive simulations, curriculum and training programs that help schools, colleges, public safety agencies and businesses train more people, more realistically.
Why we exist
BSE Innovations grew out of the classroom. We kept seeing learners wait their turn on expensive equipment, or train on materials that didn't match the real job. So we started building tools and courses that give everyone real practice. That's still how we work: start with the people learning, then build what they need.
Our experience
- Training simulators and hiring assessments for 9-1-1 and public safety
- National curriculum work for law and public safety career and technical education
- College and high school public safety courses
- Custom websites and platforms for training providers and schools
The story behind the name
BSE stands for the initials of our founder's three daughters. It's a reminder of why the work matters: building a better-prepared future for the next generation.
What we believe
Learning should be practical.
Practice should be safe.
Tools should make people's jobs easier, not harder.
